Sara has been a part of the hearing health care community since meeting her husband, Jim, over twenty years ago. As a nutritionist, it was an easy transition from one healthcare field to another, as she filled in wherever she was needed at Jim’s family hearing healthcare clinic while her kids were younger. She has always enjoyed helping people, it’s in her DNA.
Those experiences helped pave the way to support Jim as he decided to start his own hearing healthcare practice over ten years ago, and the two became co-owners.
Sara likes the title “Ambassador” because she is truly the liaison between the patient and facilitating the care they need with Jim. Whether you are calling for a new appointment, a clean and check, or with a question, she’s always glad to help.
“I’m very happy when a patient mentions they found us to be not only above average in knowledge, but that they were at ease in our clinic. It’s when people feel comfortable that we are truly able to help them. Our patients are all inspirational to us, we love hearing their background. It’s part of how we operate as a family-run clinic,” said Sara.
